Combined Assignments

The Combined Assignment approach is useful when candidates could be drawn from a wide range of backgrounds – which makes advertising pertinent – but would be particularly interesting to the client if they came from a tightly defined group of companies (usually eight to twelve).

In Combined projects we supplement an advertised campaign with a Search in which we apply the principles outlined in Search. The timescale for projects is typically around five weeks between the start of the assignment and the presentation of the shortlist.
