The Last Stage

After the shortlist stage we would expect that there will be at least two candidates that the client will want to interview further. We will aim to agree final interview dates and location before the shortlist takes place, and we stay in close contact with both clients and candidates in confirming specific arrangements.

We also believe we can have a valuable part to play in making the job offer. Our role in the recruitment process allows both clients and candidates to raise issues with us that might be difficult to address directly at this stage of the process. Our fees are based on an agreed salary so this removes any potential conflict of interest so we can offer advice on any issues that need to be discussed.
