Search

Search is recommended when only a relatively small number of candidates can meet the specification and it is possible to identify a limited number of companies in which they are likely to be working. Our bespoke research based tool enables us to identify and approach appropriate candidates directly.

At the start of the assignment the Consultant and client decide on the kinds of sectors in which appropriate candidate will be employed, we then:


  • Research into those sectors to gather a target list of organisations.

  • Use our skills and experience to identify the names, job titles, and occasionally organisational structures, of target candidates. Sometimes we will supplwement our candidate pool through mining online candidates databases.

  • Approach targets directly and discreetly using phone, email and business media tools.


Within approximately five weeks of the start of the search we are able to introduce the client to a shortlist of aroundr five fully screened, appropriate and interested candidates.
